Workforce Commitment: Lincoln County has an ongoing high unemployment rate. Workforce Connections has partnered with Lincoln County’s desire for the next generation to find quality local employment while fulfilling employer’s desire for quality employees. The good news is Workforce Connections through Lincoln County has responded by creating a Workforce program to provide career path planning. The aim is to support the needed education, provide work experience, on-the-job training and assistance in job and career development.

This program will help youth that need guidance in exploring careers, colleges, and trades. Our focus is getting youth into employment or post-secondary education.
